Template text describing how this version of the app works. The operator of a public Zuno deployment should review it with legal counsel and add their company name and contact details before launch.

What we process

  • Photos you choose to process, as a resized copy without metadata.
  • Support messages you send: your email address, subject, message and an optional project reference.
  • Your IP address, briefly, in memory, to limit abuse (rate limiting).

Zuno has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies.

How photos are processed

Photos are processed to create product images. They are handled in memory by the Zuno server and are not stored there. When an AI service is configured (such as fal.ai or OpenAI), the photo is sent to that service as a processor, subject to its own terms and retention policy.

Where your projects are stored

Projects are stored locally in your browser on your device. They are not uploaded to or synchronised with Zuno's servers. You can delete them at any time in the app or by clearing your browser's site data.

Your rights

Because projects stay on your device, you control them directly. For support messages you have sent, you can ask us to access or delete them by contacting support.
