Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How does Zuno work?+
You take a photo, choose the garment type and a background, and Zuno finds the garment, removes the original background and presents it on a clean one. With Clean and Studio an AI image editor also tidies the arrangement and lighting. See How it works.
Will the AI change my clothes?+
It shouldn't. Every AI request carries strict rules to keep colour, logos, prints, stitching and hardware exactly as they are, and Zuno compares the result with your photo afterwards and warns you about colour or detail changes. AI can still make mistakes, so always compare before listing. Natural mode never changes garment pixels at all.
Can I use the images on Tise, Finn and Depop?+
Yes. Downloads are high-quality JPEGs (or PNGs with transparency) 2000 px on the long side, in square or portrait formats that work on Tise, Finn, Depop and similar marketplaces. Make sure the photo honestly represents the item, as each marketplace requires.
What happens if the AI changes a logo or colour?+
Don't use that image. Generate another version, switch to Natural, or retake the photo. Please also report it so we can improve.
Why did my image fail to process?+
The most common reasons are: the garment runs off the edge of the photo, no garment could be found, the photo is very small or blurry, the AI service was busy, or your connection dropped. Zuno tells you which one happened. See AI editing tips.
Can I change the background later?+
Yes. Open the project and pick another background. Solid backgrounds switch instantly. Textured scenes are placed by AI for Clean and Studio versions without redoing the whole edit.
Are my photos stored privately?+
Your projects are stored in this browser on your device, not in an online account. To process a photo it is sent to the Zuno server and to the AI service the server uses; the Zuno server doesn't keep a copy. Zuno doesn't add its own encryption to the local storage, so anyone using this browser profile could see them. Details in Privacy and your data.
How do I delete my photos?+
Delete a single project from its ⋯ menu, or delete everything in Settings → Image history → Delete all saved projects. Clearing your browser's site data also removes them.
Do I need an account?+
No. Zuno works without an account. Because of that, projects are available only on the device and browser where you made them.
Is the app free?+
Yes. There are currently no accounts, subscriptions or payments in Zuno.
